Ashley is a multidisciplinary researcher and executive technologist specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence, defense systems, Energy and healthcare innovation, and enterprise operating platforms. With a formal background in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and over two and a half decades of experience in IT engineering and large-scale program leadership, Ashley’s research spans applied AI architectures, quantum-integrated systems, autonomous agents, and secure cloud-native infrastructures.
He currently leads R&D and innovation across multiple verticals under the Vengea ecosystem, including defense (Ballistics Precision Group), health (Mendicant Health Systems), energy (Texas Oilfield Holdings), and AI/OS development (TAC Consulting & TAC Operon + X). His work is focused on the practical deployment of next-generation systems that bridge classical enterprise operations with autonomous AI-driven ecosystem
